Cascade Blonde

Post by Cheeno »

I don't know if I'm going over old ground but has anyone tried Cascade Blonde? How long has it been out? I have had a few on a couple of occasions over the last few weeks and I reckon it's a bit of alright. Is it an ale or a lager? I don't remember them saying much about it on the bottle.

Cheeno,

I'm not a big fan of it.

It should be an ale, being a wheat beer, but Cascade uses lager yeasts in most, if not all, their beers, so it may well be made with a lager yeast.

Cheers,

Sorry to see you're not a fan Olly but vive la difference. I wouldn't say it's my favourite beer but It went well with food from memory. Thanks for the info
