Long time bubbling (help please)

Post by Grumpywolf »

I've had a brew on for 2 weeks (using saflager S-23 yeast), it's been bubbling away now the whole time. The SG has been 1006 for three days straight, should I still wait for the bubbling to stop or risk making a batch of hand grenades.

Thanks in advance

If you FG is and has been 1006 for 3 days, I'd be confident that it is ok to bottle.

Cheers,
Greg

Thanks for that Greg. I'll get the bottled shortly and see what happens over time
