Has anyone done a ginger beer with a lager yeast?
If so, how'd it turn out?

Good question Chris. I haven't.
While we're on the subject, is that yeast sediment in Bundaberg Ginger Beer stubbies? Has anyone cultured that?

I wouldnt think so since it isnt alcoholic.. its just bits of ginger I believe..
