As many of you know and practice, engineering innovation and the serios homebrewer go hand in hand and I think this bloke has set the bar rather high.

The site refers to something called "national homebrewing day." When is it?

I thought every day was national homebrewing day

I reckon National Homebrewing Day would be at least a week before Australia Day and Anzac Day for the keggers and at least a month for the bottlers amongst us. :D
