I've been lurking the forums for a while to pick up a few tips, so thought it was about time I signed up and participated
I've been brewing for several months now, had one or two screw ups but I have learnt a lot over the last few batches and my brews are getting better and better. I have mainly been making kits from my local Brewcraft store (located a 5 minute walk away, how convenient
) apart from a Grumpy's Bavarian Bock, which was just amazing. Definately have to make a few more of their brews. Anyway, just thought I'd introduce myself and say hi
