wondering what you guys think this will be like :lol: wals lager countrybrewer light liquid malt 16g tetananger@40mins 6gcascade@10mins 6gcascade@5mins 12gcascade@flame out 150gvienna steeped at around 70 for 20min pitched yeast as supplied@14C did a 40min boil added malt with 10min to go :?: next up is the SEIG ALE :lol:

tastes a bit sweet outta primary :( does it sound like being bitter enough? would dry hopping help? suggestions please :oops:

I would say for my sort of taste that it deffinately would be but you might like it to be more i dont know.
dont think you will have any dramas though :lol:

just cracked a coupla these! quite a nice beer!!! touch bitter,nice cascade flavour and aroma,great mouthfeel and head. like a little creatures crossed with a lager :lol: has the least sediment yet! just a paintbrush coating on the bottom. will ditch the tetananger next time
