Who wants to learn...

Post by Stoverus »

Hi,
I was thinking about creating a topic and see if you would like to learn a little Icelandic tounge, since I'm from Iceland and I live there I can teach you a few words and sentence, I speak Icelandic but I have to write english here for you to understand me. :)
I'm just gonna' check how many want to learn and I'll teach you something, you can also come with words from english or sentence and I can translate them to Icelandic and teach you ;)
Now who wants to learn a new language? ;)

:? :? Why, not to many icelanders where i live and im not in a real hurry to go to iceland, im only speaking for myself here but if i was inclined to learn a language i would 1; not choose a forum in which to learn it and 2: not choose icelandic 3: suggest that the person trying to do so found an appropriate site and not a beer brewing forum...

How do you say go away icelandic spammer??

Cheers
Leigh

Seems like this is spam (of sorts, even thought he (?) is not flogging anything).

See http://www.google.com.au/search?q=like+ ... dic+tongue and you'll note there are quite a few other similar threads on the net.

Someone else, claiming to be an 18-year-old from Singapore, registered posted a similar message here the other day. Same deal ... heaps of identical messages are all over the net. I deleted her message, and her!
