Hey, just wondering what is the lowest strength beer anyone has made and how. I'm thinking of making a non-watery light beer for some reason.

I haven't made one, but in theory if you're happy with a particular kit + 1kg of dextrose, leave out the dextrose. It ferments cleanly and adds negligably to the taste.

Here's my recipe:

Rob's Light

It's a Corona-style lager, 2.5% abv. It has turned out really well if you like that kind of thing. My parents love it (brewed it for my Dad's birthday).
