I'm looking for a great recipe for any of these beers.
Something that knocks your socks off (taste-wise).
Even a Belgian Ale.
Let's go.

How about a Belgian style ale?
1 x Real ale tin
1kg Dry malt extract
1 kg dextrose
Steep, boil & add some (~200g) crystal if you've got it.
T-58 dry yeast, in 19 litres should get you ~8.5%
Doesn't need any hops for this style. Give it 2 months in the bottle, Yummy
Ride, Drink, Repeat.

I bottled my Hoegaarden clone on Sunday and even warm and uncarbonated you could tell that it's going to be pretty damn good.
