Coopers Bavarian Lager

Post by ghost »

Has anyone tried this brew (Coopers Bavarian Lager) as I am going to try it as per the instructions given on the Coopers website

1kg Coopers Brewenhancer 1
.5kg Light Dry Malt

Do you think I should add anything else or give it a go as it is.
Your suggestions would be grateful. :)

Do it as per the recipe from the site. As I just said in another post, try it and see how it is. You can always add more malt next time, but if you go overboard first time it's pretty hard to remove malt from the finished beer

i just finished my last bottle took 3 months to come on song. i used a spring water but it was too light and lacked the wheight. a very refreshing drop by the end the bitterness came on nicely.

but be prepared to wait 3 months for it to mature. Mine had no real head but i only used coopers brewing sugar. the brew enchancer should.
Happy Brewing
