can i use a lager kit with an ale yeast?
would US-56 be the best choice?
what effect would a dry enzyme have?

Using an ale yeast would make a corona kit taste more like an ale...however if you have use an ale yeast US-56 would be fine and keep it at 16.
Dry enzyme would give you a dryness to the beer
All the unfermentable malt magically becomes fermented.

You can make any lager kit with an ale yeast (or vice versa).
If you are going to use dry enzyme, save some money, and just use dextrose- not malt. Evil stuff!
