Book on Brewing

Hi All
Can anyone recommend a good book on brewing. I've got the Big Book of Brewing but that is really for AG which isnt my specialism. Looking for a book which focuses more on kits and modified kits/partial extracts and has some good recipes.
Ideally it would also have a kegging section

Charlie Papazians book 'The Complete Joy of Homebrewing' is worth a look too.

I just had Angus & Roberts order in the 3rd addition of The Complete Joy of Home Brewing for me cost me $25.
Also have a read of this thread lots of books listed here and reviews of some.

The Complete Guide to Home Brewing in Australia. By Laurie Strachan is good for Kit and kg but is no longer in print so you will need to get it from the library. I do not recommend his latest book that is currently in book stores.

Jamil Zanashef i believe has just finished writing a book covering only extract brews.
i think this will be more of a recipe focused book rather than a "Guide" like most other books i see out there.
I'm a big fan of his work, so i'll be getting this one.

Could it be Brewing Classic Styles that you're thinking of. Picked it up last week but could have saved some money if I had used the online site I posted above. Each section has a brief descripition of the style followed by some info on how to brew it in terms of which malts, hops, yeast, method, fermentation to get the characteristics of the style. Has an extract with steep recipe for each. I'm pretty happy with it because rather than just a style guide it gives guidance on how to achieve that style. Only problem I can see is that I'm not sure we can get some of the spec malts in Oz, will have more of a look for them when I get down to it.

i went amazon for all my books... saved a bundle... and that included the freight....
I think how to brew is a good one to start with...
