I'll get around to the T-shirt bizzo. Give me a break!
As for the Cooper's site, it's a joke. I've suggested (as have others on their forum) how to get more activity, but they seem to not be interested.
The suggestion was to allow anyone to view posts, but only allow Cooper's Club members to post, which seemed reasonable. That way non-members could see what they are missing out on, but members would still be priviledged, in that they could post and interact on the forum. But, alas, no reply from the Cooper's crew.
But Geoff and I aren't complaining; On January 5 (after five-and-a-half months of our forum) we surpassed the Cooper's forum in terms of total posts.
At the time they had about 2130 posts from 26,036 (!) registered users in more than 18 months. (Remembering that only registered users can view and post.)
At that stage our 122 users had posted more than 2130 messages.
Now we're at 4766 posts from 213 registered users. They've got a mere 2580 from 26,473 users. So we've added 2633 posts in the time they've added 544.
Amazing.
Well done team.
Cheers,
Oliver

you have to pay to join? LOL
There are so many beer-making communities out there (TCB, AHB, Grumpy's, for ex., and here of course), that it doesn't seem worth it to pay to receive the coopers promotional guff. Do you at least get a couple of kits for free for that price?
If not, better buy some ESB fresh wort kit for that money

I agree Shaun, The shame of it is that you have to pay to get access to their forum, which as noted here is pretty average to say the least. I won't be signing up for it again, that's for sure!!!
