I made up a batch of coopers sparkling ale a few months back (my 6th brew actually) using the recomended ingredients on their web site.Came out as a very nice beer close to the real deal!so having said all that I'm planning aon brewing it again,so its research time again,the only other ingredient i've come across to add is pride of ringwood hops will this bring the flavour closer to the real thing or not?also can I improve on the quality by using different products this is the recipe on the web site ;
1 can coopers sparkling ale
1.5kg coopers light malt extract
500g coopers light dry malt.
300g coopers dextrose.
There are always better products out there so which ones to buy ? or if it aint broke dont fix it! is just a minute thing to consider I'm open for suggestions

Re: coopers sparkling ale
From memory Sparkling uses Cluster hops not POR.
