Just went on a brewery tour this weekend, after a quick look at the stainless steel, we had a taste of the new "Coldstream Bitter".
A fantastic creamy english bitter, light in color, a dazzler of a Micro-Brew.
I highly recommend dropping in for a pint of the Bitter if you are ever within a 30 min drive of this place.
They have a great apple cider, if you like that sort of thing, it can sneak up on you at 6% though....
