Been looking for a clone for this...
Borrowed this off another forum....

Ruddles County Bitter OG 1050 25 Litres

Crushed Pale malt 3875g (4260g)
Crushed Crystal malt 250g (275g)
Brewing sugar 500g
Molasses 30g
Brewers caramel 10ml
Irish Moss

Mash for 90 mins at 66c

90 mins Boil
Fuggles 60g full boil
Bramlings Cross 45g full boil
Bramlings Cross 15g 15 min flameout

Wyeast 1099 Whitbread ale ??

I can expain the Brewing sugar and molasses..what about the Brewers caramel ?

Not sure you really need it. As far as I know it's really just for colouring rather than flavour, so unless you really want the same colour, just leave it out. Someone else might know more though.
