Productive Drunk

Post by Bizier »

I can't believe it.

I woke up this morning with an one-in-6-months bad hangover... to find that I had brewed 2 ales completely maggot in the middle of the night after attending a party. From what memory I have, they should be good, I boiled grain with lots of water for a long time before adding hops. I guess you could say that being drunk made the process simple and relaxed, and made me more patient, and definitely bold with the low alpha hop additions.

I think I will get totally trashbag now and see if my tax is done in the morning. :D

no Keg, Liquor, if it is still called that when steeping... I wasn't that drunk, though I have to have blind faith in my sanitation schedule.

I am currently having tax beer no. 1.

As long we get him pissed first, he will answer EVERY bloody question! he can be on my team.

It is not to my knowledge that I am not of superhuman capacity while completely shitfaced.

It is generally advisable not to have me as a trivia partner apart from moral support and the odd curly Q. I work best 'behind the scenes'.

BTW tax looks the same as it did yesterday, mustn't have drunk enough.

I think his name was Dave, and he was from Wollongong.

The Magna Carta wasn't signed.

Is it not the car which sent Mitsubishi broke in Australia?

The Magna Carta wasn't signed.
I knew that. I was testing him with a trick question.

Owch... it seems I can't remember my primary or secondary education either...

I think that bottling would be too noisy and require too much dexterity to do maggot. I think brewing was more like cooking a giant baked bean and cheese jaffle that took 2 hours. :D
