Old Hops

Found some old packets of finishing hops in my cupboard that I must have bought over a year ago.

The are still in the sealed foil bags - but there is no use by date that I can see.

Do you think they would still be ok to use?

Simon,

When you open the foil pack give it a wiff, if it smells "mmmm yummy hops" have at it. If they dont smell good bin them.

Stored in the foil pack they should be ok.
