Dannys Rusty Nail Restaurant

I went out to Danny's Rusty Nail Restaurant a couple of months ago and they had, on tap a honey wheat beer that they said was brewed at Ballarat Tafe. This beer was so nice, that if I cannot replicate it at home I might have to consider moving in. The Restaurant is outside Warracknabeal in Victoria.
Fellas if you are in the area, it is worthwhile booking in for a meal. I am also interested in any Recipes that you blokes have on Honey Wheat Beer.
