Does anyone have a recipe for an Oyster Stout.
I was watching Market Kitchen with SWMBO the other evening and they were using one in cooking a stew and said it was not a bitter stout but a sweet stout. I've never heard of an Oyster Stout before, but figured it may be worth a go.
Thanks guys

Re: Oyster Stout
It may be a long shot but maybe give the guys at Ballarine brewing a call. They make a mussel stout from the local mussels caught in the local waters. They pair it with their meals served too. Just like Dave and the boys at Mountain goat they might just give you some hints on how to use them. I would assume they would be used in a similar way to oysters. I could be wrong though.
