Warnie + beer. What could possibly go wrong?

Where did you pick this up Geoff? I haven't seen it anywhere.

Not exactly sure if Warnie would be the best judge of beer though.

Dan Murphy. Pretty good actually. I suspect that Shane Keith might have got a bit of expert assistance... as Ponting received from him for so many years...

Dropping the Cascade should make it more Aussie.

I went halves in a Bridge Rd. Beer School pack with a mate recently. Cheesy name but I liked the concept and enjoyed the beers. We both agreed that the Summer hopped brew was the best. I also liked the Ella version. Galaxy was a bit harsh, even for an IPA.

Aldi Flensberger pils. Nice drop. Slightly harsh bitterness, perhaps due to isohop, which is listed in the ingredients on the packaging. Still pretty good though.

Can't get enough of this at the moment. Pliny the Local Elder. A double IPA using only homegrown hops ( Victoria & Chinook ). Dangerously easy to drink despite being 7.3% and 70IBU.

Oatmeal stout is also rocking my world.
