Best deal for keg kit / gas in perth?

Anyone know the best/cheapest place to get a complete kegging kit (and also gas?).
Westbrew has one with 2 kegs and the fittings etc for $460.

I was at Malthouse in Welshpool on Wednesday same price.

I asked the proprietor about gas and his response was "Just to go to BOC or similar and rent a bottle."

when asked about Nitrogen he said

"Get it filled with food grade Carbon Dioxide (CO2). For a creamier head you could try CO2 with Nitrogen (N). The higher the percentage of N the creamier the head. About 55% CO2 and 45% N is the max before you have to change regulator."
