gday
got a bit of a bargain today,
picked up this burner for $26.50, havn't tried it yet but i think it'll do the trick.
it's mounted in a mild steel angle iron frame which will make it easy to incorporate into the stand when i knock it up.

grab,
there's no output anywhere, i'm not a gasfitter, but it's got this on it,
NGC 14.5 Mj / Hr.
i just did the acid test running it off the bbq bottle through a low pressure regulator, 2.8kpa.
it took just over 20 min to bring 10lt to the boil.
i don't know how this compares with some of the big guns, but i'm not whinging for the price.
it's got a Manufacturer's Stamp if you want any info.
cheers

That's the number I referring too, higher the Mj/hr the quicker it will bring pot to the boil and the greater volume it can cope with.yardglass wrote:grab,

AS you say for the price it will be great and when you upsize down the track you have a burner for your sparge water or for cooking the crays and crabs with
