yardies killer ginger beer/alcohol %

Post by jase »

got no reply from the "ginger beer" post,so i'll start by proclaiming the awsome recipe yardglass posted in december last year, my batch is still "green" but its that good I dont think it'll last to semi-maturity.My question is,does anyone have a predicted strength for it? i broke my hydrometer. Also heard that young or "green" beer is harmfull to you, at what point is a beer mature and is it a load of shit?
