Fridge Mate

Does anyone know where I can buy a fridge mate in Sydney?

Got the brew fridge, now all I need is the the fridge mate to start temp. controlled brewing.

Also available direct from the source. Same price as Ross has it for I think. I only got it from them because Ross happened to be out of stock.

Zuma, I think that one you linked to doesn't have a maximum switching period to reduce compressor wear and tear. Is this right?

Im not sure but fridges at $50 a pop. Its no biggie..

On a related topic, craftbrewer have the FridgeMate temp controller (~$50) and the MashMaster one (~$80). They both look similar, but is the latter that much better?

I think the main difference is that the MashMaster has an immersible probe. The FridgeMate has both heating and cooling modes though. Both require assembly. So it's up to you. I got the FridgeMate.

Tim,

The more expensive one has an immersable probe & seperate relay for switching higher current loads. For a fridge the "Fridgemate" is excellent.
