50 litre kegs in Perth

Post by bilgerat »

I am getting bits and pieces together ready to build my AG setup starting with a major shed clean out to make way for my "brewery", I managed to find an old 50 litre keg at a garage sale that will be ideal for my hot liquor tank and would really love to get another one for my mashtun, any suggestions on where I can get another one ??

I walked past a pub today an they were laying around everywhere, it would be just my luck to get sprung, my nephew works in a pub I think a quiet word in his ear might produce what Im after.

Guys,

At the risk of sounding like a wowser, there are legal means by which to obtain kegs.

Brewers must "lose" heaps of kegs, which can only add to the cost of beer. As Paul Keating once so famously said, "There's no such thing as a free lunch."

Anyway, each to their own.

Cheers,

Oliver

I am quite prepared to pay for a keg if I can find someone who is selling
