Different alpha acid
I made a recipe and want to redo it but the alpha acid content of the hops is different. I know i should adjust the bittering amount of hops using beersmith to get the same IBU, but does the amount for flavour and aroma matter.?? meaning does the alpha acid content just bitter.??
When my drinking affects my work the solution is easy. Stop working.

I think the idea is to put your aroma and flavour hops into your recipe first.
Then you add your bittering hops to give you your desired IBU.

OK....but should i add the same amount for flavour and aroma.??? i know the strength will mean more hops to add...just want the same taste of beer and if i add more hops then will this affect the taste or not.??....

I would add the same amount for flavour and aroma, if you were happy with your previous recipe's additions.
There will be a small extra or lesser contribution to bitterness from these additions, depending on whether the AA% is more or less than the last time, but that's why I do them first when designing my recipes.
Then I can use BeerSmith to play around with my FWH and 60 minute additions to get to my desired IBUs and IBU/SG Bitterness ratio.
