Was thinking at giving this sucker a go, It is based on the recipe in the link that TL posetd up. Any thoughts guys

Also DrSmurto am drinking a Steam Ale from Steam Exchange. Went there yesterday and sample all there beer. Very Nice!

Thanks bud i will have a read a couple times untill i can get my head wraped around it then give this a shot

Also because i only have a 19ltr stock pot i have to adjust the hops on beersmith when i get home. I will have to set it to 19ltr pot 15.8ltr boil??

Yep a few very basic AG's. Actually ive been using my partial esky and just uped the grain and next thing i know it i havnt been using any malts..... Funny how i got into it. Am just waiting for my bigger AG gear to be finished

I got the grain bill and hops from Wayne and the 1469 yeast. So ...

Am researching at doing a Steinlager for good kiwi mate of mine (nice hay!) this is my first attempt playing with beersmith. What do you reckon? Anyone tried a Steiny with any luck? As i said this is just to open up for ideas

Dont know how this turn out as ive never use Willimette before and i never tried Emersons so im proberlly way off. But i might give it a whirl. Any advice? Tweaks?

English Summer Ale

Am thinking at brewing some sought of English summer Ale. Am wanting a partial mash or even a small all grain up to about 4.5 to 5 kilos of grain. any ideas? I had a look at Emersons and what thay have sounds interesting.

Im after a glass beer boot for a mate for his wedding in 2 weeks. Does anyone know where i could get my hands on one?? I have a copy of beersmith and seem happy with it. I just want to update hops and grain that thay dont have with there details. Is there update from beersmith or do i have add these as i go along and like Beirnut im a lazy bastard

Also just curious other then Northern Brewer could i use Green Bullet whole flowers for bittering or wouldnt it work aswell in a Pilsner style??
