Update:

The Spicy Ghost Batch I made, is now nearly 4 months old, and cracked open a bottle last night.... I was very surprised, tasted pretty good, improved a long way. That weird "green" taste has vanished, tastes better than commerically made Cascade Draught for some reasons.

Or Maybe I have ...

Sometimes, I don't understand why some people post here... questions like "what does these beers.... taste like?"

Why don't you just buy it and just taste it for beer's sake?

Tasting unusual beers won't kill you, maybe just your tastebuds and your wallet. :)

Maybe the caffine will give the yeast a full steam engery?

Try tin Thomas Coopers Irish Stout start off with, and you can learn to develop favours starting from there. ;)

It's one of my favourite stout/tin/kit I have made so far.

You always can easily make your own pies, they are not that hard, when you have leftover Irish Stout Casserole, make some pies, goes well with HB beers ;)

No.11: Coopers Pilsener :D  :D

I'd be up to brew 14 if I didn't have construction work at residence.
Favourite is coopers pilsener by far, showing what a difference a brew with just malt and hops can achieve. At only 2 weeks, it's better than all the rest.

How did you make it up?

I just ...

Brewing is like Art..... I have done couple of brews where I thought f**k it, like I did with my Malt Shovel, and it smells nice, try something different. It's all part of the fun.

Just don't worry too much, it only can improve with age if you are lucky enough.

I might cut back with honey.... I ...

I don't rack my beers yet, even I just started brewing few months ago, I just leave them for weeks/months, and they are clear most of the time, I just pour all my tallies all in one go into jugs.

I don't know if I can be bothered to rack... maybe I will wait and see how my Thomas Coopers Draught ...

I made this once, using the kit's yeast, found it bit fruity for my taste, but gets less fruity and mellower over time, if I was making this again, which is highly unlikely, I would use yeast starter from Cooper's Pale Ale's bottles or use some safale S04.

Try stout in the batter, you will be very surprised ;)

Other way, Try 50/50 cornflour and plain flour mix with stout, it will be little bit similar to Japanese Tempura Batter mix apart from the stout, while they use Soda water. ;)
