Buy some Grolsch & enjoy the contents many times over

Bundaberg Ginger Beer are also sold in a brown glass 750ml bottle with a PET cap. It just happens to be an exact match for the Coopers PET cap

Another dumb newbie question

Today I put down a Dark Ale using a recipe from the Coopers site

Recipe - 1 Can Tooheys Dark Ale, 1 bag Brew Enhancer 2, 2 teaspoons of Cinnamon, water to 23l

Temp was around 25 - 26 deg C when I added the yeast

I took an OG reading & it came out a 1035 - 1036 (yes I ...

New to brewing, but interesting to read the comments about PET bottles

Am I to take it that it is OK to ferment in plastic but bottle in glass?

Or would it just be easier to pour your beer from a PET into a glass that has been kept in the freezer?

Seems to be an "each to their own" type question
