need help
we put down a basic coopers brew the other day, it didnt bubble at all for about 2/3 days, and now is literally foaming all over the place, any ideas please??

The advice you have about leaving it for at least 2 weeks in the fermenter before bottling is good advice.

thanks for all the info ppls, as usual, we read and will take on board, we bottled that rogue tonight so hopefully it will be ok, husband is very suss on it tho, we are in queensland so it is quite warm and brews usually only take about a week to get to bottling stage. again thanks for answering my ...

Using liquid yeasts really "cleans up" your brews.

I think most of the longlife apple juices these days are suitable for brewing. Just have a look at the ingredients and don't buy it if it says "preservative" in the ingredients.
I do know that Aldi juice is considered to be as good as Berri and the normal price would be much cheaper.
