HI,
I am making a brew with a few extras including corriander and orange peel. When should i add these? Just into the fermenter when seeds are crushed etc or should they be boiled with the sugars and then strained. If boiled, how is it done. I have only done kits before and havnt boiled a thing yet. Also, how would i strain it.
Cheers

Last 10 min of boil actually, that will give bags of aroma.
Speaking of which, there is a method out there that says you shouldn't boil your hops for 60 min anyway, that you should load up for the final 10 min. It will mean using a lot of hops for the right IBU but apparently the aroma is just huge. (I know that we aren't talking hops here but I think it applies)
