One of the books I have has a whole swag of recipies for all, extract, all grain and kit brewing. Name your style and you can find a recipie for it. The book is called The Master Brewers Bible. I can't remember the authors name but it should be available in any bookshop. Take a look. If not then tell me what style you are after and I'll post a recipe for it.

Send me your email address I have a PDF recipe book you can have a copy of, it has over 600+ recipes from extract to AG.

I'll forward it to you Monday.

Basic extract recipe

Post by mark68 »

Thanks for the links fellas it'll make life a lot easier. This will be my first attempt at making a real beer from extract,so i'm jumping in at the deep end to attempt this. The hop schedule seems easy enough to nut out ,but the quantity of ingredients to make a basic brew can be a bit confusing.
My e-mail address aussie claret,is wigginsw@iprimus.com.au Again ,much appreciated for the help. :D

Here are a couple of good extract recipes I've made. Go to http://www.homebrewandbeer.com/ourhomebrews.html

No.5 English Pale Ale
No.31 Lumley's Light Ale (this was from Brew Your Own Real Ale At Home)

Cheers,

Oliver
