Basic extract recipe.
Has anyone got a recipe for a simple ale to be brewed from all extract. As far as i know you need at least 3 kg of extract to make the basic wort then add other adjuncts lateron along with the hop schedule.

One of the books I have has a whole swag of recipies for all, extract, all grain and kit brewing. Name your style and you can find a recipie for it. The book is called The Master Brewers Bible. I can't remember the authors name but it should be available in any bookshop. Take a look. If not then tell me what style you are after and I'll post a recipe for it.

Basic extract recipe
Thanks for the links fellas it'll make life a lot easier. This will be my first attempt at making a real beer from extract,so i'm jumping in at the deep end to attempt this. The hop schedule seems easy enough to nut out ,but the quantity of ingredients to make a basic brew can be a bit confusing.
My e-mail address aussie claret,is wigginsw@iprimus.com.au Again ,much appreciated for the help.
