My local HBS guy told me that honey was fully fermentable......

I wonder what he thinks is the benefit of using over dex, for example.

Anyone else have a good HB shop in SE Melbourne???

i'v not been there as i order most of my stuff online through grain and grape in yarraville or Grumpys in the Adelaide Hills but i'v heard good things about the brewers den in boronia timmy. 253 Dorset Rd and i used to get some good advice from one of the guys at brew N' grow in edithvale when i was just starting out Shop 4, 232 Nepean Hwy Edithvale
