I got my hands on beersmith (where have you been all my life)
ok, his is my first stab, i've entered the water profile for sydney getting an average of both dams used, except i couldn't find a bicarb profile so i left is at 0, will this effect my mash at all?
also i slightly changed the colour of the munich grain as i gt the light munich from ross/weyermann but couldn't find any lovibond scale for it on the website so i ran with normal munich and reduced the darkness by a poofteenth.
anyway thougts please...
