I am with Evo,

I need a ton of goods to keep me happy.

Currently I have 8 Coopers kits, 24 kilos pale malt, a couple of kilos malt extract, various hops, oh yes I almost forgot, 2 kilos of honey and 4 litres of maple syrup.

I have the capability to brew 30 gallons at any given time at various states of readiness. Normally I like 10 gallons as a degree of preparedness.

When is the beer store on strike?

Giddy up

Sorry, I am not trying to brag

Yeah, Hillbilly. You're right. Even if I brew one that's bang on, I wanna try something different next time. Always searching for that elusive killer brew.

And I agree with grab. Even if I do lock onto a good brew, when I do it next time it's gonna taste different anyhoo. Dunno how the big boys do it consistantly.

Dogger, I thought I had a "problem". You could supply a commercial brewery with all that stuff ;). Then again, I've got about 200 bottles of wine and a truckload of spirits as back up too. When prohibition hits again, we'll be worth millions.

Oh, and I dunno why Ross is at you Dogger. If you brewed ALL your ingredients the beer produced probably wouldn't fully stock Ross's bloody brew house. And I quote "I wanna have room to store 400 - 500 stubbies".

I think Ross is preparing for prohibition too.

BTW, how is Hotel Alice coming on Ross ?

Either that or Ross is preparing for a flood, a flood of visitors for the grand opening of Hotel Alice!

Nothing like a central meeting place is there boys
Some people say I have a drinking Problem....
I drink, I get drunk, I fall over....
What's the problem?

Ah nice ! So Hotel Alice does accomodation as well ? Doesn't have to be 5 star Ross. Wouldn't be the first time I've used an empty keg as a pillow.

well you can consider yourself invited Dogger, and she's more than a five star accomodation Evo, she's about five million stars, 'cause there will be no room inside at the opening by the sounds of things, and you can see shitloads of stars in this non polluted sky!
The room is coming along pretty well, I have three brews stored in there, still a heap in the shed but I am waiting for my son to plumb the troughs and water supply in, it still won't be complete, but it will be in use then. I will send some progress snaps when I make my first brew in there.

God bless "family labour" Ross. Been borrowing my old man's building skills for a while now myself.

So does this mean it's all fully built (apart from the plumbing) ? Look forward to the snaps.
