Christmas beers

Post by rahne »

christmas is a while away
though now is the time to brew a batch or 10 to let them mature for christmas

so i'm after all different types of beer and cider (non beer liking rellies to enjoy)

nothing complex recipes easy ones so that people like my self (fairly new to brewing) can impress family and friends

i've started out with

brigalow apple cider
and 1kg dextrose

really simple i know but i've never done a cider before i'll be putting it down probably wednesday

A cider isn't all that different from beer. Jazz it up with some honey, spices etc. And don't use Brigalow next time if you can avoid it :D
