How does this sound?

Can of Brewcraft Dutch Lager
1kg LDME
Small bag of Carapils Grain steeped
Saaz Hops for 10mins
Hallertau Hops at flameout
Saflager Yeast

Any other things I should add? Just bittering for ten minutes with saaz, as i don't want it to be bitter, just saazy, Will be brewing at about 16C

If you have temp control then try and keep it down around the 10*C mark.

Hey mate, how long do you think it will take to brew at this temp? would it be a good idea to bottle then place the bottles in the fridge too for a couple of weeks at the same temp?

I'd give it the standard 7-7-14.

And fridging the bottles for a few weeks after bottling will help too.

Looks good - but I'd boil "x" grams of Hallertau and add "2x" grams of Saaz at flameout...
