I have a couple of tins of Cooper's Pilsner from about 5 years ago...I realize that the yeast would probably be dead but would the extract be any good anymore?....Just wondering what I should do with these 2 tins...Just chuck em out or are they still usuable...

picked up one of these the other day...This will be my first real attempt at making beer with recipe....any suggestions for this particular brew?

I went ahead and just added about 12g of fuggle pellets to the secondary fermenter...In my case, its a glass carboy with airlock....i'll leave it in there until it stops fermenting and then move it back to the primary and bottle.....We'll see how it ...

I've got a cooper's dark ale in the secondary right now...Picked up some fuggles pellets the other day....When should I put them in the secondary? A week before bottling? right now?....Should I just put them straight in or use some kind of strainer to keep from making a mess? thanks..

If i just leave tap water in a glass carboy overnight with maybe an aquarium airstone in it would that get rid of the chlorine?
