hi all
i was thinking of making a coopers stout. Does anyone know how they turn out and if ther shood b anything extra added to it. Also i was wondering if the coopers stouts come with a special yeast or is it just the standard coopers yeast?
cheers
Try a Coopers Stout with a Coopers Dark Ale both yeasts to 22L. The CDA acts in place of the additional fermentables. It is a simple stout that really hits the spot on a cold night. All the white tins come with the same yeast.
