Wheat beers - after 6 weeks
all the rest 3-4months+ - just finished an ESB stout(3kg) nearly 10 months old and bloody fantastic

You just have to be gobsmacked and wonder

G'day fellow Canberrans - ButtsnBrew (Calwell) have the 3kg ESB kits for $22.95 - super stout, bavarian wheat, nut brown ale and czech pilsner - leave some for me

Going to try one with 10grams of saaz - dry method

Will be putting down a Morgans canadian light later in the year for the wife just wondering the what would be the minimum amount of dextrose? the coopers book recommends 250g = 3.2-3.5% alc as an absolute minimum - would 100g be all right?
